Is beyond a joke, we live not far from the depot less than a mile, we get our post @2.30pm and getting later. We have had no post at Christmas, for two days. Disgusting and deplorable. I am writing to my MP and local councillors

Dreadful. Truly dreadful so called service! I used to work for Eastern District Office in Whitechapel, London E1. We prided ourselves on answering the telephone within 2/3 rings. Thursday post never turned up until 15:30! Friday, Never saw a postie at all! It's not good enough, so I will be having a word with my MP, Julian Sturdy...

Inconvenient opening hours, which have changed again. Particularly disappointing that they do not open until 0800 (used to be 0700), not helpful for anyone who has to work.
