Visited with my daughter and grandson, Monday lunchtime. Nice relaxed vibe. I had the Thai green curry, my daughter a burger and grandson a kids meal. Good well cooked food. Service was very good. Would return.

Thursday lunch with 7 work colleagues. A busy place with lots of interesting 'Brighton' types. Was expecting more of a greasy spoon. But this was different, Good All Day Breakfasts but in an interesting atmosphere with nice decor and interesting objects. Greatly enjoyed and good food, but not 5 stars as quite expensive (£12 for Eggs Royal and Chips).

Fantastic place to eat breakfast. Runs until 4pm. To compliment my breakfast I bought my self a Turmeric coconut Latte. I highly recommend vegetarian garden platter. 15 minutes walk away from the main Brighton station

If you're in Brighton and you're looking for a solid brunch spot, look no further than Bill's. This eatery offers a wide selection of breakfast/lunch/drink options. My team of 8 colleagues was easily seated and had very quick service throughout our dining. Did I mention it's very vegetarian friendly? Plant-based alternatives are all the rage these day's and Bill's spotted the trend a mile away. You'll find the interior warm and inviting, borderline family style eating set inside a renovated bus depot. You can't get much more Brighton than Bill's!

I LOVE the breakfast here and the ambience is great! All the Bill's are unique and they also have vegan options. Very reliable and the morning strawberry juice was also very refreshing.

The Christmas decor is up!!! And it looks absolutely Christmassy in there! Far far better than the Bills restaurants in London! The service is brilliant too....staff were very polite on our visit!!! We went there for breakfast and it was great walking into a festive looking restaurant!! Brilliant Christmas atmosphere combined with such great happy staff! Loved it!

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely brunch here on a chilly Sunday morning. We had booked online and were pleased to do so as the restaurant was full throughout the meal. I ordered a cocktail and although it was delicious, I had to slip it very slowly as there was only about a mouthful in the glass at the cost of £7. We ordered our food and it came in good time. The meal was very tasty and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Still, I felt it was a little over priced for £13. My friend ordered the banana smoothie which she wasn't aware contained a shot of espresso. She took one slip and hated it. After we received the bill we asked the server if he could remove this item and he was very kind and did so without any hesitation! I liked the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant and would come again. The staff were lovely and all said goodbye on our way out of the restaurant.

Lovely looking place and really friendly attentive staff. We ordered toast with avocado with poached eggs and side of streaky bacon. The food was good but not great. The kitchen could have a bit more generous with the avocado and the poached eggs were on the cold side. We ordered a bloody Mary as well, and added a bit of Bill's Hot sauce. Delicious and super spicy.

Popped in for a quick burger before the theatre. I am always surprised that I don't go here more. I was impressed with the food and the service. As it was a Thursday they had a DJ playing some music, which worked pretty well. Overall a nice place, though somehow just misses the mark, I can't put my finger on it and its certainly got a lot better since I was last there.

I had a good brunch with my friends ! The food was lovely so was our server and other staff around the restaurant. The price is good for the amount of food you get as-well! Definitely will be going again soon.
