Big Yellow took over this facility from another company and everything deteriorated. We were obliged to move units as another company wanted to expand and the manager, Ali, told us it was because pipes needed attention - Untrue - this was a huge inconvenience - it would have been appropriate to tell us the truth. They are also a grasping company trying to put the rates up and squeeze extras at every opportunity while not even offering a bin. We have moved out to another company.

Outstanding customer service and facilities in Twickenham, we were treated with great respect and care from the moment we enquired about prices. Have been with Big Yellow Storage Twickenham for the past 6 years, ever since the start of my business. The staff have always been helpful and on some occasions appeared beyond expectations. Recently we had a 40ft. container (26 pallets) which required unloading on a Sunday morning. Since there was only Sam in the office on that day, Priscilla was so kind to show up just for us and assist with fork-lifting on her off day. Acts like this in such stressful times means a lot and I would like to extend my gratitude to Big Yellow Storage Twickenham team and Priscilla for the outstanding dedication and service they provide for their customers.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean storage units. Only criticism is that when we checked in there were numerous removal companies occupying loading bay and therefore a lack of trollies - especially the large ones. This meant a longer walk to lifts and more trips up and down to our unit.
