Great service in times of stress We were in to process of moving into a new home and had a few days with nowhere to store our things. We booked the Big Yellow Storage in Richmond and were very pleased. The service was great from Michale, the branch manager to everyone on site. The prices were very reasonable and we didn't need it for the whole month we paid for so we were refunded for the rest. They also recommended a man with a van to help us with the move and they were great too. We were very pleased and will use them again in the future.

I Have been with the big yellow in Richmond for over three years now, they have, at every step of the way gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need when it comes to my storage. Amazing service l cant rate the team here at Big Yellow (Mortlake Road Store) highly enough. They are professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do!! Michael and Dan are especially knowledgable and helpful. Michael just sorted me out a bigger unit and made a stressful job so much more easy.
