I'm a very happy ex-customer of Big Yellow. Having used the Leeds facility in between house moves I can honestly say that the simplicity of the product and the awesome customer service blew me away. I was actually a bit sad to be leaving them, especially after the nice touch of posting a 'new home' card into my storage locker. I was so impressed with the overall experience that I even bought a few shares in the company as well. I'd have no hesitation in using them again if I need storage.

This place seems good. I was helping a friend but he seemed to get an ok deal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Does exactly what it says, provides storage. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The units are very clean and the corridors are very well light. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is down to the lack of lighting in the individual storage unit. I would rate them 9/10 if that was an option.

Good if wanna keep items for a long time . 3 months about 100 quid for a full storage

Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Easy system to gain access to room. Rooms feel secure with an alarm that is set when you enter your pin to leave. There are optional extras you can choose to pay for such as extended out of hours access etc depending on your needs. Staff are fairly accommodating to requests you may have. Definitely recommend this storage solution.

Great prices, friendly staff, they are very helpful and support you with exactly whqt you need. Money is refunded if you dont need it for as long as said. DEFINATLY would use again!!
