A great experience. Staff is extremely helpful and the entire facility looks safe. I had no second thoughts about leaving my belongings there. If you come from the States you'll find both the service and state of the storage units a welcome surprise.

Had a storage unit with Big Yellow for a while now and it has made my life as a small business owner 10x easier! No more waiting all day for the delivery men to come and collect parcels or drop them off, peace of mind that my stock is safe at all times and the ‘out of hour’ access are all reasons why I love big yellow so much! Moving so many items at once can be quite overwhelming but the staff at this specific Big Yellow are incredibly kind and helpful! A special thank you to Paul who is always more than happy to help out, and has been nothing short of excellent every time I’ve needed his help for something.

I only have good things to say, would 150% recommend. When I first arrived at Big Yellow Brighton, I was exhausted after just packing my entire car, I was welcomed by a very pleasant Lady and then Andre signed me up, he was very gracious and absolutely delightful. Also Paul made me feel really welcomed and when I returned Paul checked me out I noticed he was offering to help everyone and we all felt very well looked after. Big Yellow Brighton it was a real pleasure thank you!

Amazing staff who go above and beyond to ensure you understand how to use the storage facilities. They are able to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding storing your belongings. Thank you for making my move to Brighton that bit more straight forward.

All great, except for the fact that their system is clearly outdated as it did not correctly take my photo ID when I submitted it, and this should have been flagged manually, since coming with a van and being turned away if I didn't have any photo ID would have been very frustrating. Luckily I had a copy of this on my gdrive which I could access from my phone. This definitely needs some work! Otherwise, great customer service and Jason was helpful and accommodating.

Great experience, very helpful staff. Paul (and Pav) were very knowledgable and made sure I got the best storage locker.
