I have curly hair and got my hair cut and foils put in. The staff were lovely however my hair looks horrendous. They told me I couldn't have 2 different colours of foils I had to choose only one and I asked for not stripey but natural and subtle looking foils. They came out extremely stripey and I am having to spray my hair with brown hairspray to cover it. They weren't able to style my hair curly at all, I didn't expect it to be styled amazingly at all as I know curls are different but it was exceptionally bad - they were trying to brush it and drying it into a frizzy mess. I paid a lot of money to not even want to be seen at the supermarket and had to go home and rewash my hair. When contacted them they refused any type of reimbursement but wanted me to go back in to get it changed however I cannot bring myself to go back in and risk them touching my hair again!!
