Had a float session just to try it out. They put a lot of Epsom salts in the bath so that you can just float on the water. The whole thing is designed for relaxation and it’s a nice mix of soothing water, blue lights with some music then the lights go off and after that the music too. You can float until the music comes on again and then shower to refresh 💦 Try have an after float room with comfy chairs, a bookshelf and complimentary tea. Also there is a infra red sauna and different types of float options. Nice guys running it here, check it out!

I use the infrared sauna here frequently and it has helped immensely with inflammation in my shoulder. Not to mention the improvement in my skin (clearer and tighter) and just general recovery from quite an active lifestyle. It is an amazing establishment as there are also floatation tanks which is a great way to complement a sauna session. In addition to this, the staff are really lovely and make this place a real treat to visit.

Wow. What a great experience I have just had at Beyond Rest. Shower is located in the same room making it a cosy and practical sauna space. After, I popped out into the lounge and enjoyed a nice hot tea the staff offered me and read a book. Heaven!

Did an infrared sauna before my float today, and it was an amazing experience to say the least! The sauna is in it's own private room with a shower and toilet (and sink for water!) and there is enough space for two people, though I was going solo this time. The sauna itself is HOT, what you would expect haha, after 10min I was absolutely drenched, and by the end of the 45min session I was feeling so relaxed, I think I feel asleep in the tank within 5min of it starting. It's a great combo and will be making it a regular practice from now on. Highly recommend!
