Sent an email to the general inbox but didn't get a response. Decided to call just in case and received a call back within the hour. Alana was very informative and was able to get us set up the way we needed. Looking forward to getting massages done regularly.

Alana is by far the best massage therapist. I have been to many, including cities outside of Kingston, as I have chronic back pain. Alana is very knowledgeable and she is amazing at finding trigger points where the pain is coming from and she listens and focuses in on where the issue and pain is in your body. I really recommend her and recommend her to all my friends and family.

Massage wasn’t very good at all and the room wasn’t relaxing at all. Tried it because it had a 5 star rating; would not recommend. The whole time I was wondering if the massage was actually going to start/or if she would rub where I had complained there was pain (at least once would have been nice). When I was paying she actually commented saying, “There doesn’t seem to be any problem areas that I could feel”. It took everything in me not to laugh. Again, would not recommend. Quite disappointed.

I have an number of issues (artificial hips, rotator cuff issues, spinal steno sis surgery) and the therapist does amazing work. She is knowledgable, intuitive, kind and provides a great massage. I will certainly come whenever I need a massage.
