This best Western was amazing, We settled in for a naughty night in our executive spa room. The room was bright with a large bed, lovely soft pillows and sheets. We had dinner in the restoraunt and the steak was mind-blowing. Staff were nice friendly and booking the room was very easy over the phone. Thank you.

Not a bad spot, strange but good room. Odd to charge for pillows on your bedside. Not the best food.

This motel was very disappointing for two main reasons: 1. The rooms in the older section had no ventilation! We had a 2 room suite. Both rooms had large windows that cannot be opened. There was an air conditioner that only recirculated the air. I raised this with the manager who confirmed that none of the windows in our section of the motel can be opened. I very much doubt that these rooms are compliant with Australian Building Standards. 2. The rooms were shabby (stained carpets, damaged surfaces, etc) and not properly cleaned. For the price paid (about $280), the accommodation was very poor. On a positive note, the restaurant was actually very good! Go for a meal but beware the accommodation.

Rooms are a little tired but looked pretty clean to me. OK value at $150 per night. Not sure what people expect, it's a Best Western motel not the Hyatt! Good location, walk to Dan Murphys, Wollie's and great Chinese restaurant.
