not really impressed. stayed on a Sunday night, the place had no food. offered Uber eats!!! I understand economics, but there was no toaster or microwave in the room to cook anything. the coffee machine didn't work. Just a room. I must say the room was nice, the staff were very friendly, but it is just a bare room. not even plates. not helpful for the traveller

Amazing service and staff were more than helpful! I travelled to Tas from Victoria with my Assistance Dog and Best Western was the first place we stayed and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They advised me of places to toilet my assistance dog not far from the hotel (30 second walk) and were just super welcoming.

Executive Room was booked. Room was old in general and felt dusty. Air conditioning was extremely old and making water dripping sound all night long. Bathroom was awful. Shower head was terribly dirty with green mould in it, and multiple cracks on door and wall. Retractable cloth line on wall in bathroom was broken, and rusted. Unfortunately I cannot attach photos here. Small town’s hotel in st Helen’s was extremely clean and much nicer. Overall, am very disappointed.
