There must be places in the area to stay that offer a better service and a more welcoming, relaxing environment. OK it served its purpose - bed, breakfast and an evening meal but it could have been done in a more convivial way, in more relaxing and welcoming surroundings and on the whole better presented.

Good hotel for a night or two. Clean room, nice bathroom. Room lighting a little low. Staff very pleasant. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Free access to gym across road. Parking on site limited and costs £10 per might. Public Car park next door free overnight to 8.30am

A nice hotel in an excellent location right in the heart of Hayes High Street. If you book a family room make sure they don't give you the one on the ground floor which is just a twin room with a double bed in it. The family rooms on the first and second floor are excellent. Service is good and staff are friendly. I have stayed here several times and would definitely stay again.

So bad Travelodge would be embarrassed. Gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned since the previous occupants then gave it the eye roll when we complained and asked to move. Breakfast was cold in a cold room with little to redeem it..... this is meant to be a premium Best Western...... Hmmm!

Great rooms and great service! Will be using again in the near future.
