Although the clothes arrived in good time, I ordered clothes in multiple sizes with the intent of sending some back as I wasn’t sure how they would fit (as it’s a vintage clothing website). When I received 4 tops I wanted to return 3 due to them being very overly sized for a large, however on the receipt received I was told I couldn’t return these as they were discounted?!? Although when I went back on the website, no item which I bought was discounted and there was no terms and conditions on the website stating this would happen with certain clothing items. After calling and emailing numerous times I had no reply. Very poorly run company with the worst customer service I have had to date. I will be steering very clear from this money grabbing site.

Had a great afternoon out in Leeds, finally found something I’ve been looking for…a t shirt in my favourite colour £8….bargain, staff were lovely

Horrible and disgusting behaviour displayed by a member of your staff. This even between 17:30 to 18:00 I was walking past man behind the curtain just next to the John Lewis centre. Where I witnessed something horrible by a member ofor your staff. There was a gentleman cycling and he turned right next to man behind the curtain. Where there was a member of your staff walking what I believe to be his dog I know this gentleman is a member of you staff as I have shopped in your store a few times but after what I witnessed I will no longer be shopping in your store also my friends will no longer be shopping with yourself. So what I witnessed was this as the bike rider turned right the dog that your member of staff was walking barked at the cycle as dogs do when there see something moving fast. What I witnessed after this was the member off staff then proceed to kick the dog and say something unfortunately I was to far away to hear what he had said. The member of staff in question has tattoos on his neck he also wears glasses he also had a young lady with him. I do not think this action represents you're company in a very good way if you are going to employ people that kick dogs then you are going to lose custom very quickly and mabey you should think twice about the people you employ!!!!

I was sent a Ralph Lauren shirt. It turned up with a mark on it and a ripped button. I tried messaging to complain and I was ignored and then blocked. Shame because I would buy from them regularly.
