I was recommended to Alex by a friend and have found the whole experience fantastic. He was very accommodating, as I needed a ring made to house a diamond I already had, and some repairs done to some old earrings as well and, after sending me preliminary drawings (and me making changes) he communicated well with suggestions to my design ideas. I kind of knew what I wanted but listened to his advice and of course he was right and the end result is beautiful and just how I imagined it to be. The service is great and I would recommend Alex to anyone who wants a bespoke service. I`m very happy with the end result and wouldn`t hesitate to use him again.

After speaking with some of the sleazy diamond sellers in The Lanes it was a relief to discover Alex, who is very genuine and knows what he's talking about. I knew quite specifically what diamond characteristics I wanted based on research I had done, and Alex was able to very quickly source a diamond that met (and exceeded) these requirements. We also wanted to be certain the design was what we wanted (hard to do from a photo) , and so Alex arranged for us to see the wax model of the ring and diamond before it was cast in platinum to make sure we were 100% happy with it - which we were! My fiancée now has the perfect ring that she loves!

Just collected our wedding rings from Bespoke Diamonds and we are very happy with our purchase. Having done some research first, I was aware that avoiding high street jewellers was wise when looking an engagement ring, due to high mark ups and questionable quality. I was really glad I did, as this led me to Alex at Bespoke Diamonds. You will get the personal service you expect from an independent retailer, with the benefit of online value. It was great to be able to meet him in person and discuss options and designs, and pick a unique diamond. The resulting ring is simply outstanding in design and quality and my fiancée couldn't be happier with it.
