My daughter, her 2 sisters and a friend each got their nails done paying $60 each. Within 3 days 4 of the nails came off. Went back to tell them and they tried to say my daughter pulled them off which she did NOT. They asked me to come back tomorrow and I told them that I have a flight to catch. They said come back this afternoon and again I said I have a flight to catch. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. After telling me they are too busy and cant do it now they then said that they could do it straight away. Will not be coming back here again.

Their customer service and quality of services has really gone downhill lately. The last few times I’ve been to this salon, I haven’t been happy with my nails, they are rushed and I often leave with a cut/sore cutical. The last 2 times I’ve shown a simple photo of the style I’d like and they charge me extra for customised nails but they don’t look anything like the inspiration photo I showed them. They also took over 2 hours to do my shellac nails today because they kept letting more people in the door even though they couldn’t finish the customers they already had waiting. A lady came in after me, they stopped my manicure and started and finished hers before they came back to me. I won’t be coming back again and I won’t be recommending Berry Good nails to any of my friends or family. You’ve lost a regular customer because of your poor customer service and quality of your beauty treatments.

Went on holidays and came here for eyelash extensions and a shellac pedicure. Amazing quality my lashes have lasted 6 weeks obviously some have fallen out but still looks good just natural. Super happy with the pedicure must go here, super friendly staff, affordable prices and good quality!
