Very smooth, professional and personal service from beginning to actual purchase if the type of car that we required. We had 1 contact who we were assigned to and he took his time to go through the different options available for us. We could test out a variety of high spec cars and test drive them. Any queries we had even after placing an order and by phone were dealt with my the same sales person which kept the personal and continuity in the process. It didn't feel rushed, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I would have no hesitation in recommending Berry Chiswick BMW at all.

I recently bought my BMW 1201. The service we got was fantastic.All the staff were very friendly from the time we entered the company till we finished. Richard our Sales person for the day really stood out for us, my four years old granddaughter still remembers how much fun she had with him. Professionally he was very good with his job, he made sure he explained every detail I needed to know before I made my choice.Even after my purchase Richard is still there for me any time with smiles.

I recently purchased a new 520d M Sports with the help of Nigel Bennett. The car is superior in all respects to my previous 5 series (which had completed 180,000 miles) and I was particularly impressed with the performance and the quality of the ride. Nigel advised me to purchase the M Sports as the sports seats would be more comfortable on long journeys. This was excellent advice as on a recent trip to the West Country, I did not experience the back discomfort I am often prone to. The sale was handled very competently by Nigel and we received delivery of the car, in just over two weeks from the initial visit to the dealership.

Shambolic - AVOID!!! Car was recalled due to cooler error. 1st time was told they would have my car for a couple of months.... took my car back. Second time got sent another letter so booked my car in. When I called to book the car requested a courtesy car and was told that I will either get my car back same day or the next day. Took it in on a tuesday morning, waited. Called mid day, was told they are keeping my car. I asked if I should then come and collect the courtesy car..... NO COURTESY CAR AVAILABLE AS I DIDN'T BOOK ONE!! Asked him if he was joking told me no unfortunately but I should have my car back the next day. Wednesday, no phone call again. Mid day called to be told car is not ready and still can't give you a courtesy car. I was livid. We had plans made and I rely heavily on my car day to day for work etc. Once again was told I will get it next day. In the end they had our car for a week. I can't tell you how unprofessional this whole place was. I lost my money for events I couldn't attend and they didn't care one bit. Whole experience was an absolute disaster. Definitely my first and last time I will buy a BMW!!!

Fantastic service from the beginning to the end. Richard spent time and effort trying to find us the best car at the best deal. We ended up leasing our perfect car with BMW and picked it up a few days later. I highly recommend this dealership.

From the beginning, the welcome received was very good at BMW Chiswick. All of my questions were answered and there was enough time dedicated to me to ensure I was happy. The whole experience has been amazing especially Max Millard, who was continuously in touch with us for timely delivery of my new BMW iX3 car. He was providing us with regular progress update on the delivery. He provided right guidance at every step of this purchase. The team at reception is equally welcoming and amazing as none of calls were ignored and very polite communication. The Finance team also, worked out all the paperwork very smoothly and answered all the queries in a very professional manner. Overall, a great experience with Berry Chiswick BMW team.

Very happy with the service I received here when buying my new car. All the staff friendly and polite and Richard Thomas who dealt with my transaction was fantastic - professional and accommodating, even coming in on his day off to do the car handover. Have had consistently good service from this centre over a number of years now.
