Amazing customer service, we came without booking and they sorted us out quickly with Dylan who answered all of our questions and supported us with all our needs and gave good deals and discounts. We also didn’t book for a test drive and got an opportunity to drive instantly. In my opinion I highly suggest to get an appointment with Dylan as his service is best.

Had booked a test drive, but was kept waiting for 40mins without anyone keeping me informed as to why. The test drive itself was fine, but they didn't have many build slots available. I was offered a deal on a new stock car instead, but the deal wasn't very good. Ended up ordering from another main dealer who had a suitable build slot and much better price.

Very friendly and professional service from Chris Haran and Stefan Loots. The experience of getting my 1st BMW has been a good one and they kept in constant contact throughout the short wait between choosing it and picking it up. Stefan even emailed me on his day off. The whole experience has been amazing especially Max Millard, who was continuously in touch with us for timely delivery of my new BMW iX3 car. He was providing us with regular progress update on the delivery. He provided right guidance at every step of this purchase. The team at reception is equally welcoming and amazing as none of calls were ignored and very polite communication. The Finance team also, worked out all the paperwork very smoothly and answered all the queries in a very professional manner. Overall, a great experience with Berry Chiswick BMW team.

Very happy with the service I received here when buying my new car. All the staff friendly and polite and Richard Thomas who dealt with my transaction was fantastic - professional and accommodating, even coming in on his day off to do the car handover. Have had consistently good service from this centre over a number of years now.
