If you loose your tickets be prepared to be blamed! By the accusations seemingly no efficient system to find clothes, if this has happened. ( my usual dry cleaners keeps a record of all customers electronically). 15 years of using them, never once such an experience! All this at 7.30am in the morning when shop was empty. What would it be like if it was busy?!

Would give no star if I could. Took a ripped pair of trousers for repair. Must be colour blind or just lazy as the thread isn't even the right colour!!! Asked for refund and was told its fine and that the colour is right!!
