If I could give 0 I would. They were supposed to be providing my bridesmaid dresses and wedding dress. The bridesmaid dresses were such poor quality I had to reject them and find others on the high street. The fitting of my wedding dress was so bad they also had to refund me for that too. 2 weeks before the wedding and I have to source an alternative dress. The customer service from head office is also abismal. Please - save yourself from the stress. Do not use this company!

I made a last minute appointment here, and it was the best decision i made. I had the lady's full attention, and she listened to my opinions and my creativity, she also gave me the time to look at the dresses in detail. I felt no pressure to be quick or to buy a dress, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

I cannot praise this bridal shop enough. Down to earth advice, unstuffy and so accommodating to a potential customer who didn't know where to start! Nothing was too much trouble even when I made several visits back to try on the same dresses. A good range of beautiful gowns which were able to be tried on in total privacy and just an all round pleasant, professional service. Special thanks to Callie for all her hard work. Highly recommended especially if you are just starting out. Joy

after having appointment with another bridal shop popped into Berketex today Sat 17/8/13 did not have appointment but was greeted by assistant Jessica who was very kind and helpful. She allowed my daughter to try on several dresses even took one off the dummy to try on. We think we have found the dress, a little more expensive than we planned but unless we find something similar will return to see if we can bargin for a small reduction on the dress. More than happy with the service we were shown.
