DO NOT get alteration from here. I got a quote from 3 places to have a velvet jacket sleeves shortened. He was the most expensive (£30) but was the only one who could do it in time and sounded like he knew what he was doing. It's the WORST job I have ever seen. He left visible stitching on one of the arms on the OUTSIDE of the jacket. The fabric from inside was drooping out because he hadn't come far down enough with the lining. I had to take it home, cut in to the fabric and insert iron on hemming just to fix his mess! It's funny as I noticed it was a bit floppy when I was collecting it in a rush. I asked him why and he said 'All velvet jackets are like that...' and gave me some nonsense about inserts not being used because they are visible. Just don't give this guy your money.

Rude.Had some clothing to give in which can be fiddly so he refused.He even said you might as well take the suit (3 piece) elsewhere. It was almost like he didn't want the business.Was on the phone too which i find rude.Typical Indians..never their fault. He charges so much for so little work.

Would leave no stars if I could. Useless people. Took my t shirt 3days ago to do a simple alteration and it hadn't even been done when I asked for it by then. Don't use them

I left my leather jacket on 22 Nov 2018 for alterations and was told that someone would contact me to tell me whether they would do it and how much it would cost. No-one called for two weeks! so I went in myself today (4th Dec 2018) and when I asked about it, they handed my jacket back because they could not alter it. When I asked why they had not called, they told me the manager had to call me, which I find unprofessional and do not accept as a good reason. I do not recommend this place, they do not treat their customers with respect and they wasted my time.

Note on opening hours: Closed all day on Sunday, closes at 5:30pm on Saturday. Pretty good at cleaning and pressing shirts.
