Chris and his wife were lovely and the services rendered were as needed. However, I've been waiting

Chris and his wife were lovely and the services rendered were as needed. However, I've been waiting half a year to be sent an invoice with no responses back from Berkeley Bate. I've followed up a few times with the Janet who said Chris would get back in touch with me - but this never happened. Instead, I just received the invoice which is due in 2 days.
