I had a positive experience in-store at Bensons, however I experienced issues after my order was placed / delivered. The staff in store were friendly and helpful, but I was upset that they did not make me aware that my bed would not be assembled. I was misled and told my bed would be delivered and assembled upon delivery. It wasn’t until the delivery men arrived and told me they were not assembling it, that I knew I would either have to assemble it myself or hire an external company to assemble it. I called the store and they said I would have to hire another company to assemble. Why didn’t they let me know this when I placed the order? Now I have to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks, waiting for an assembly team to come and build this super king bed. This could have all been avoided. Please be transparent with your customers about what is included when they order from your company.
