Very disappointing service we received from Benchmarx. As a 24year account holder with Travis Perkins which is a sister company of Benchmarx we was told that we could clone the account which we went on and did after setting all that up we made an initial order with Benchmarx for 20 doors which was paid for. After a few weeks when placing an order we was told that we would have to pay for the order first and set up a account which would have to be completed by form which was done and completed as the account cloning process was failed. After doing all that we placed a third order few weeks later and was rudely told that our account was not set up and we could not have credit. My company was really dissapointed with this as we regularly place large orders and was let down by the shocking unprofessional service we received by Benchmarx we dought we will be doing business again unless they improve their service.
