Had such an awful experience using Benchmarx for our kitchen Initially customer service was brilliant, couldn’t be more helpful but as soon as they had our money they simply weren’t interested. Several things were delivered incorrectly (an already used unit for an example), other things weren’t delivered at all, we were incorrectly quoted for other things - customer service when trying to sort all this out was non existent to the point I asked for the managers details in order to make a complaint. After several weeks I still have not heard from him even though I was assured numerous times he was ‘looking into it’. Would never use them again and have advised others to avoid at all costs

For great customer service and a good choice of kitchen units etc., I highly recommend Benchmarx Brighton (Freshfields Business Park). Lee spent as much time as I needed in helping me to choose kitchen units and worktops and showing how the different colour combinations would look when placed side by side. Together with the manager, Neil, they made me feel very welcome. And I love my new kitchen!

Always buy local! BENCHMARX are the BEST! The people that work there are true professionals in knowing about their products, and go above and beyond to assist you. Neil helped us design our kitchen and we love it. Buying local though is so important when your buying a kitchen, and Benchmarx stand by their product and it's quality. Great people and a great company.
