Ben is a fantastic trainer and all round nice guy. My partner and I have been training with him for a year, and we're both really glad we made the choice to start. He's a real professional who knows his stuff, but also somehow manages to nail that tricky balance of ensuring you get results without making going to the gym something you dread. He always goes the extra mile if you have any questions or specific things you want to focus on, and is an all round font of knowledge on everything from training to nutrition. If you're looking for a professional, friendly PT in Manchester City Centre with really good value rates then Ben's your guy.

Starting to train with Ben last year was one of the best decisions I made for my health and fitness. I was already a relatively active person but I was curious to see what I’d gain from a personal trainer. From research, Ben looked like one of the top reviewed trainers in Manchester yet very reasonably priced. I have learned so much in the 18 months I’ve been training with him. Ben focuses on weight training - the area of the gym I used to shy away from! - but as well as an instructor you effectively get a nutritionist, life coach, and all round lovey guy! He somehow manages to make every lesson enjoyable, and the learning I’ve gained on diet and wellness will stay with me throughout life. I do both single and double lessons with my partner - I really enjoy both types. Having rarely done weight training before Ben (I pretty much only did cardio) I will also admit I was slightly skeptical when I started; to find I’d been training the wrong way pretty much all my life! Keep with it and you will come to the same conclusion as I did!

Training with Ben has been great! He really listens to what areas you intend to work on and works on a training plan that fits your level of fitness and the exercises you enjoy carrying out. During the initial lockdown he really took the time to check up on my progress at home and has continued to provide meal plans and exercises via their personalised app - fully recommend

Ben is a great personal trainer. I mainly do weight training and Ben has not only shown me lots of different exercises he also ensures I am using the appropriate technique. Along with the exercise Ben also offers nutritional advice and has lots of resources to share on how to manage my diet. I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking for a PT.
