Started seeing Ben a few months ago and I've seen some amazing results. Getting rid of some niggling injuries and being able to keep training for longer than I have before. Really nice, friendly and down to earth guy and would recommend go anyone considering a Sports Massage!

I could not recommend Ben enough, he is very personable & excellent at what he does. I have struggled with muscular pain for many years, but since I found Ben the pain has been far more bearable with his treatment and advice. I have tried a few places that offer sports massage in Cardiff and whilst some were good, none of them came close to Ben’s standard. I also think it is worth mentioning that his rate is reasonable in comparison to others offering a similar service.

Absolutely first rate sports massage. Ben knows exactly what he's doing and I have no hesitation in recommending him. He has given me a better quality of life by easing those aches and pains built up over many years of leading a sedentary working life in front of computer screens. Thanks Ben. I return on a regular basis and if you want yourself sorted out then Ben is the person to do it. In addition, he's a really nice chap.
