I have been working with Belvoir now since 2014. They employ very skilled, intelligent and professional people. I require a high standard of accommodation and the best tenant service and Belvoir have helped my business deliver this. I would highly recommend them.

Very efficient and quick. Just ask the landlord before signing up anything with their business partner :-) and tell them not to spam you as we did not sign up for anything and we were receiving an email almost every day

Great communication and brilliant response. Zoe Butler is No1. Newer before I had such a good experience with letting agency.

I ve been arranging property letting with Belvoir for my family in Cambridge. Our letting agent was Georgia. We were handled in very professional and kind way. Georgia and her team was amazingly kind and responsive for any kind of questions. Moreover, despite eventually we had to withdraw our application there was no any problem with getting holding deposit back. Very positive experience and recommendation for anybody.

I don’t personally rent from Belvoir, but my older sister does. She’s been renting a room from them for a year and half now and I have to say their service is amazing. My older sister has learning difficulties and dyslexia and they have always been so helpful and patient with her. They always keep me in the loop too so I can help my sister too. All the staff are lovely and friendly and whenever I decide to rent/buy I’ll definitely be going through them!
