Really nice staff very helpful and intuitive they know there products. If anything lets the brand down is there prices just because a exfootballer wore one that was it the prices shot up, dont get me wrong the quality is there but I dont like paying a premium for a jacked that was much much cheaper 10 years ago. But in saying all that I love Belstaff jackets as a biker you cant beat them hence they still get 5 stars.

Hmm, always wanted a Belstaff, xmas bonus came through, wife said yes and off i went. Staff were nice, if in a fake smile shop way, where they smile at everything you say, even the unfunny stuff. I wanted some advice on what jacket suited my shape better, they just told me everything looked great, wasn't sure on the quality of advice or the product, not much help, so i left. Its like meeting the girl from school you always fancied 30 yrs later, shes a fat old single parent now with 5 weans and bangers down to her waste, not quite how you remember it

A big thank you to Scott and the team from the Belstaff Flagship store on Ingram Street, Glasgow. They could not have been more accommodating during my/our many visits! Especially on the most recent occasion in which my wife and I were keen to try specific items which were different to the sizes on show. They were only too obliging to source the correct sizes and have them ready for us to try. We spent a good bit of time in this store in which there were other people and it appeared as though somehow everyone was catered for as if we/they were the only persons in the store! Excellent customer service and to top it all off, we recently received an email from Scott, the manager, thanking us for our visit.... Very nice touch. So thank you to all the staff at the flagship store in Glasgow, we will definitely be back again soon.

Great product, awful people. On two visits, had to wait until a member of staff, who was blocking the door, moved. He then gruffly asked us to sanitise. Our server, Kimberley, was noce enough, but we were overcharged £25. On our visit to get the £25 refunded the next week, they could not have been less pleasant. They didn't appologise. It was almost as if they were doing us a favour.

Having read online that to get a gift voucher I had to go to the shop, in Glasgow, as they did not do a online purchase, went to the shop only to be told that they no longer could give mi one, as the company had changed the money till, and was unable to do these transactions, I traveled some 35 miles, to bad, loss of revenue for this company and bad for the staff.

Disappointed in my visit. Staff not very helpful. Felt like a hassle when asking for sizes or colours. Told to move out the way when another customer was buying more even though we were purchasing. Not what I was expecting from a high priced store. The old store in Princess Square was much better.
