5/ 5

Belle Cour has been my fav salon for few years now, I regularly visit their Victoria and Kensington branch. They are top notch. All the treatments are absolutely first-class and very reasonably priced. I come once a month for eyelash tinting and gels on my nails - a lot of time is spent on the preparation and as a result, my nails are so much more healthy and strong - this is important to mention because my a few of my friends who go elsewhere have to have breaks from their nail treatments as their nails become weak. I can also highly recommend the massage, waxing and facial treatments. They are very enjoyable and relaxing with definitely the feel good factor! I often buy vouchers for friends and family for birthdays and Christmas.

terrible experience as a first time client at this salon. I’ve asked for basic tweaks as the lady was doing my nails such as shortening or cutting and The management stepped in from behind the desk saying “you can stop observing every step of the way and wait till it’s finished”. The nail station was not sanitary also, I had no towel or tissue under my hands and she was resting it on the powder left from previous clients I had to put a plastic bag I had myself to stop touching it. I complained and they said they will give me a 20% discount as if I’m going back! Terrible don’t go.

I was very happy at the cleanliness of the small salon! Everything was very pretty. Service was great. I got my nails done for my bday which is tomorrow. I loved the colour I picked. I think that the nail polish could have been neater. They are very uneven and over the lines! I could paint my nails neater.... They don’t feel very secure on my nails! We shall see how long they last! ❤️💋

I felt that the service was rushed. My nails are already coming off. I’ve lost one already on my little finger which has actually ripped off half of my actual nail and one chipped near the cuticle. My friends polish chipped off the same day after leaving it to dry for hours. I pay £20 in Selsdon. We thought about going to London as we assumed it would be nice. I don’t think £30 was worth it when I’ve already lost a nail and have chipped acrylic...

The staff doesn’t speak and understand English. I went two times and in both of them the shellac doesn’t stay for nether a week. They don’t change towels after a client and use the same towel for everyone for washing the hands. They make me pay when I go there to fix nails they ruined. Horrible!

I went with my friend to do my nails, with an experience box that I had been given on my birthday. RES LETTER DAYS. They wanted to make me pay because they said they had no contract with that company, after 1 hour arguing with the manager and calling the cashier's company I was able to leave. The nails did not last 24 hours, quality garbage and HORRIBLE attention. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE IN MY LIFE!!!!They did not put anything under the red and when I took it off after 3 days, my nails were orange

I paid 70£ for a lashlift and tint that lasted 1 week (she told me it would last 3 months). I also had a manicure with a guy who did it in a rush even though I had requested Anna to do it. It chipped after less than 1 week. Would not recommend
