STOP reading any of the bad reviews below...they were under previous management! Emma at Bella spa was absolutely incredible! She organised a suitable time to fit me in, and the treatment could not have been faulted (Bella Experience). I'm already trying to work out what I can do next! Thanks Emma!

The experience was nice. We did the spa package facial and relaxing massage. It was bliss and I would recommend this treatment to anyone! The only feedback would be that they didn't get back to my email booking request. I had to call the hotel a few times and leave a message after a few days of no reply. Thereafter they were diligent in replying back to emails to confirm booking. Also, they could only accommodate us early like 10am as booking times are limited and when one of us decided to wap treatment and do the hot stones instead they couldn't accommodate because the stones were not prepared as we didn't book that in. So not much flexibility. I'd suggest book way in advance and if you're getting hot stone make sure to tell them early so they can prepare as I doubt if you decide there on the spot it won't be ready.
