Super friendly place, really good with kids and they did a great job on my shellac pedicure, even using hot stones as part of the leg massage!! Very reasonably priced too.

I went into Bella nails for my graduation due to other places being booked out. I went online and checked out “Bella Nails”. I went in 3 days before 2nd December Thursday they told me to come in around 9:00 am. Got there around 8:50 am and they arrived on time. Everything was going well getting my nails done than got my toes. When I went to pay I thought it was going to be $85. But it turns out to be $121. I asked for full set acrylic which it said was $50 on there business cards and pedicure buff and shape only was $35. When she told me the total I was in a rush but kind of disappointed so I just paid the amount I should’ve not paid. The only reason why I paid $121 is because a couple of school mates were in there who also got paid the same amount so I thought maybe I’m wrong but thinking about and calculating I was not. Anyways 3 days after, my big toe got infected mind you this is my first pedicure, and I never had toe infections or had any problems with my toes before the pedicure. I assume it is the pedicure that caused the infection I would upload the photo I took but it’s disgusting and I feel uncomfortable to have it published, but if anyone would like to see the cause or the pedicure did to my toes message me on Instagram @pradaxox. They were not as rude but I could sense the energy was giving me was bad. I don’t have great hearing but when I figured she was telling me to move my hands into the UV light she’d tell me rudely to “ MOVE YOUR HAND HERE” and physically move my hands into the UV light with frustration. I did not fully pay attention to the conversation they had with the other friends I knew in store but I heard little racist comments made towards them. “ White like you “. And me being black I understand regardless what tone you are I would’ve been offended myself. But because we were students we did stay calm and did not act upon anything and just ignored everything.

Just got a full set of acrylics done from bella nails. When I first walked in they told me to come back in half an hour, so I came back after half an hour and they sat me down at a table to wait for 40 minutes without ever saying anything about how long I would have to wait or when they would be able to do my nails. I was about to leave when they finally came over. To there credit it was busy, and I get that, but they should have told me how long I would have had to wait. They do my nails and I ask "can I show you a photo of what I'd like", pulling up the photo from my phone, she says "no" and mutters something I couldn't hear. I thought she wanted me to put my nails in the UV machine and when I get back she yells, "no! I told you to put them on top". It was a pretty negative experience all around and not to mention that in their pamphlets for pricing it states that a set of acrylics are $50 And they told me it would cost $70. I get it if you're busy but if you're going to cram as many customers that you can in, at least ensure that you inform them of the wait times and that the price is backed by the quality of the experience and service being given.

Absolute worst pedicure ever. I am literally crying, paid $41 dollars to have my foot rubbed for 10 seconds, superficial removal of cuticles and very poor colour application, in the end I didn’t get any assistance to get down the chair or put shoes on and I tripped over and ruined the nails, they looked at me and ignored. I will NEVER go back, wish I could give 0 starts. Please don’t go there. Waste of money and time and they’re asking very rude and loud.
