You get your food generally super quick. And customer service is excellent, so polite people. They changed the menu recently, so I've just tried 2 of the new dishes. So far so good.

The place was extremely busy at 18.45 with Theatre goers trying to eat prior to seeing the Lowry play. We got the last table and fortunately was served quite quickly, my Calazone pizza was delicious, as was a chicken pasta; really helpful staff, very friendly & helpful, we finished with Bailey's latte ... perfect experience.

Excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pasta dish (Pollo a la Creme) was delicious and arrived relatively quickly after ordering.

Very busy. We had reserved online but the booking couldn't be found. Went in at 12 and it was 1.30 when we came out. Service was slow and it became very busy. Had to ask for children's ice cream and it was another 15 minutes coming. The waiter was very nice and explained it's very busy around the time of theatre shows in the area. Think they need more staff at these peak times

I came here last August. Nice place and delicious food. Staff were very friendly :) I have noticed that the menu (across many branches in Manchester) is missing some of the famous dishes I used to really like a few years ago, like Spinach Lasagne. I was happy with my visit /service overall :)

We were served by Sandra, who was as nice as any waitress could be without being intrusive! She gave us the time we needed to get ourselves sorted, as two members of our party were a bit delayed, and was very pleasant and efficient throughout. The drinks and the food came pretty quickly and were cold and hot, as appropriate! Our pasta dishes were very tasty and my son, who is Mr Fussy, said the Margerita Pizza was one of the best EVER! Obviously, with his recommendation, we will have to return again soon!

Great place the staff were very friendly and it has a good feel about the place. Menu is interesting with options for most palettes. Pizza was very good and the choices are not the usual they do mix things up to give you options. We had Andrew and Chris waiting but it seems casual if you need anything someone is on hand to help. Recommended

Service was fantastic tonight, we had a little issue with our bill and staff were quick to sort it out for us. The food for a chain restaurant was great and fantastic value too. After tonight's experience, I wouldnt think twice about going here again for a nice tea before going to the theatre.

We called in for a meal on convenience- we were pleasantly surprised with how everything didn't just taste good but was delicious. It pleased a fussy foodie, a picky 8 year old and the person who voted against going there Great service from Tony our waiter, I love it when my daughter is addressed as a young adult. Can't fault
