Went with the kids eat for a pound voucher I found online. Food is always great. Staff are friendly and the kids meals are great - 3 courses and refillable cordial! Cant go wrong. Always leave satisfied and if there are any issues they usually sort it pretty quick to avoid any issues. Been for a big party of 20 and also as a couple and each time had great experience.

Sun came out and we headed off to this colourful coastal restaurant for a treat for the senses. Lots of light, great food, service excellent. Lovely venue, professional friendly staff. Thanks J and J. Added bonus chance to walk along the prom, just enjoying the weather.

Outstanding food and service from the lovely staff they have here. Can't expect much less from Bella Italia as a whole. If you sit on the far side by the window you get some nice views, especially in the summer. Lots of variety, good prices and they do a really lovely breakfast as well. Usually very good and would give 5 stars however one time we visited and got the wrong food, we explained this to our server who said she'd go and check with the chef and get back to us but never did- after a 10 minute wait we headed over to pay and were put off for a few months.

Overpriced. Small portions and not even that tasty. Even at 2 for 1 still rubbish. Service slow with staff hardly aware of their own surroundings never mind keeping an eye on their tables. Avoid. Better places to spend your money.

Waited for food for an hour, when asked staff said they were short staffed and food would be another half hour even though others were served before us. We left and won't return

Firstly, we waited a long time to be seated without being acknowledged. Once we were finally seated, we ordered a two-course meal (starter and main meal). The wait for the starter wasn’t horrendous. However, we waited forty minutes for our main meal to arrive after we’d finished our starters - and that was for the chicken and chips!!! We were watching a show at the Floral Pavilion so we had leave without eating our main meal. We won’t be going here again.

Overpriced decidedly average food. If you want to pay £11 for a pasta dish that tastes like it was frozen then reheated in a microwave then this place is for you. If you are using a taste card they will count side dishes as starters to get that little extra bit of money out if you. I did like the calamari however. And there was one waitress that seemed to be very overworked and exhausted whilst other members of staff were walking round casually and ignoring people.

Absolutely love Bella Italia! The food is delicious and excellent value. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are menu offers and vegetarian/gluten free options available

Waited 20 minutes just to be seated even though it wasn’t busy. staff walked past multiple times without even saying that they would be with us soon or anything. Seems under staffed. Food was disappointing and tasted like a ready meal. Asked for another drink for my child which was forgotten about. Could have easily walked out without paying as staff were nowhere to be seen when we were waiting to pay. Very overpriced. Will not be returning.
