Shocking experience. Receptionists need training in customer service and how to speak to people. They are rude and abrupt. But they try to tell you it's you being rude. They think everyone can stay on the phone for more than a hour each day and be number 84 in the queue. This doctors has really gone down bank since Dr Rao retired.

Very poor service. For 5 months on trying to collect my partners repeat prescriptions they have not been ready due to the surgery not providing them on time and then had several items missing. Receptionists never answer the telephone either and were very dismissive when I had to go down and request my prescriptions due to them not answering the phone. Wouldn’t recommend

Very poor what you'd expect in 3rd world country can't get through to see doctor can't get through to make appointments 2 week wait for doctor to ring then 2 weeks for a blood test at surgery can't get through for test results many calls later got beyond automated system to actual ringing but no one answered! Had to go down to surgery'. slightly rude receptionist told me my results in earshot of other patients standing near me says everything is fine.so that's OK. Not I'm not cured asked to see doctor 2 weeks wait for another telephone consultation 😩😩😩😩
