Amazing service; friendly and prompt, very well organised. I ordered a headboard for an existing double bed, and they couldn’t have been more helpful in suggesting colours, fabrics and sizes and an affordable price. I would definitely use them again. Great service and advice, not at all pushy and the prices are low

We purchased 3 beds from Belfast Beds this year when we moved house. Excellent help in the store to pick out beds and mattresses that meet our needs and budget. They helped us with the 3rd bed that we weren't quite ready to purchase at our first visit, left us with all the details and promised a discount when we returned. Super helpful and made the final purchase over the phone without any hassle. Delivery times were very fast, and all our beds were assembled for us at home. Everyone that we dealt with was awesome, would absolutely purchase here again and recommend them.

If you're ordering from Northern Ireland please do not order from this site. I ordered a bed away back in September and it took 2months to arrive and then delivered wrong size base. They also appear out of the blue and do not give you any prior notice when they are delivering so that's not too helpful. Anyways they told me to use the base till the right one was to arrive but again out of the blue they just came and lifted the double base and haven't left me with the right one. For the money I paid this isn't good enough.

Bought 3 beds and mattresses from them. They delivered but the parts weren't complete and a wrong-sized mattress was brought. They have not contacted me to rectify the problem. It's been 4 weeks since payment.

So friendly and helpful, definitely close to making a decision.

Mick and Mark delivered and assembled the bed we bought and were fantastic, very friendly, very professional and gave great service. The shop staff service was excellent and we can certainly recommend this company.
