The continuing care provided by the Doctors is excellent and second to none. It gives great confidence to know my health is in such capable hands and any concerns are identified and dealt with promptly. The service given is first rate.

Since I have changed from my previous doctor my experience has been exceptional with the GP at this surgery, there are very professional and explain their procedures clearly. The staff at the reception are very friendly ,polite and alway got appointment when needed. I am always updated and consistently kept informed about my health. A well ran practice. keep up the good work.

I have recently moved into the area and decided to sign up to the Beehive Surgery. I was told on the phone that I was in the catchment area and was again told I was in the area when I picked up the registration form. When I handed my form back in there was a little confusion about whether or not I was actually in the catchment area. It was quickey sorted and wasn't worth losing stars over. The reception staff are very polite and helpful, they are also bilingual which will be beneficial to the local community. After my initial health check in the morning, I requested a Dr's appointment to be booked as soon as possible. The receptionist asked if early in the afternoon on the same day was OK, which I thought was brilliant service. The place was very clean and tidy. Didn't use the toilets so can't comment. Self check-in was very simple to use. Disabled friendly.

Went in morning for appointment with nurse. Booked in using self check in screen. Only waited a few minutes before being called in. Nurse was very polite and professional. Asked for an appointment with a dr on way out and was given 12.10pm the same day! Came back later to see Dr who again was very professional, caring and understanding. Waiting room was clean and tidy and reception staff were very efficient and polite.

All the receptionists apart from one are so patronising. They have no empathy whatsoever and have no manners at all. When a patient complains about their attitude they apologise and only go and do it again with someone else. I've experienced it many times. How can they expect respect from us when they don't even know how to give out respect. The male doctors are very good at the surgery but the only problem is that people have to speak to these condescending receptionists - they talk to us like we have a low IQ but forget that they are not exactly in top level jobs themselves and in fact low grade receptionist roles. Go and work in a factory if you don't like talking to people. Simple.

The appointment for my mum yesterday with th doctor was exceptional, th doctor was very professional and understanding, the care given to my mum was excellent. Can not fault the doctors at all, well done and keep up the good work you do in these hard times 👍🏻

When I rang the GP, the receptionist was very rude and on top of that when I finally got an appointment and I was explaining the issues that I was having the Dr Gupta said 'Tell me only one of your problems that you have I cant help with the others'. I am absolutely disgusted and distraught by their behaviour.

The receptionist is always kind and polite. GPs are very helpful and understanding.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Me and my husband both attend regularly for our appointments and check ups. The doctor is fabulous and so professional. The receptionists are lovely and so helpful.
