I have recently visited this Post Office to renew a driving licence, I had excellent service, very efficient and a personable service. Directions were clear and precise which made me feel at ease. Will recommend and obviously use again.

I visited today while passing to take some parcels back. I live in Llantrisant so I thought it would be easier to go to beddau. Well! I will not be coming back I have never met so miserable men behind the counter. No. Morning just "Are you paying for that parcel." Ignorant and rude. That's the second time and last time I will go to your Post Office. The only pleasant person was the guy behind the counter by the lottery. I dont usually complain but we are all in tough times at the moment a smile would not go a miss.
