Turned up for an appointment, to find it closed. Called the number, no reply. Left a message and m

Turned up for an appointment, to find it closed. Called the number, no reply. Left a message and minutes later saying they were closed. Have me the date they were reopening. I went today for my rescheduled appointment - closed. Again, no answer but received a text message saying they were closed for ten days! 😡

Went at the time of my appointment and the manager wasn’t there (?) the lady told me to come back in half an hour. Came back and manager still wasn’t there and they didn’t attend to me so i canceled my appointment and went somewhere else.
