Very disappointed with the service I had today. I wasn't able to use a Groupon voucher as I'd used one in 2012. The owner was happy to lose a customer. I've asked for a refund. I won't be back.

I have been going there for the last 13 years and it is a lovely place! Amanda (the owner) is a lovely and friendly lady. And the girls are absolutely wonderful! Every visit is a proper relaxing experience. And I love the Elemis range of products!!!!!!!!
