Beauty Stop (Tweed City) – Gold Coast���Tweed Heads

Came to beauty stop to get a manicure, showed the lady at the front the picture of the nails I wanted and was told I would be paying $55. As the nail lady started to do my nails she asked to see photo and said It would be 80 after she had started leaving me no choice but to stay and not leave to go to another nail service. Sneaky business to scam and get extra money. Customer service was DISGUSTING I was treated as if it was as an effort to do the service I was asking for which was a simple colour. I was told in a very distasteful way to was my hands which made me uncomfortable because she saw me biting my nail beforehand. The only reason I came to beauty stop was because all the nail salons around were full. Will NEVER be coming back and neither will my friends. After the lady was unimpressed about me not wanting to pay $80 for a simple angle French tip. Out of spite did a terrible job with painting them and cut the side of my finger till it bled. Not good beauty stop tweed heads, Do better.

A great service. Very friendly and professional staff. The pedicure was so good my feet felt great after. The care and attention of Ruby on my toes and legs was very relaxing. My fingernails were done very well also. Having come to beauty spot tweed city a few times I can only say they are consistent with their service.

I absolutely love this place! They listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked. Definitely going back there! ☺️

Omg never get ur belly pierced here I got it done a few months ago and had previous scaring on my belly button from a different piercing and I walked in they were rude and they walked me down to the end rooms. It was really strange and I sat on the chair and they pull out a piercing gun!! For my belly piercing!! Not only was it wonky afterwords it was almost $100 piercing!! Plus it got infected and started rejecting within a week!! I know I shouldn’t have gotten it done because of the red flags so it was my fault I let them do it. they obviously never done a belly piercing and very unprofessional didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. Plus hardly talked or gave me after care advise. but I traveled all the way down from murwillumbah to get it done so I was very disappointed. One more thing to add I now have huge scaring on my belly never going here again so not recommend getting belly piercing

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience for my pedicure. There was not much atmosphere, the equipment and space felt quite dirty and not looked after well. My pedicure felt quite rushed and the stuff weren’t very welcoming. I can’t say it was the worst pedicure I’ve had but also not the best.
