The nicest lady I ever met. She is great at her job and the atmosphere feels like family rather than a professional surrounding. My shellac nails look amazing and we had a great chat. Will definitely return!

The lady who did my nails was lovely, very apologetic for being behind with my appointment and I was very happy with the set of shellac nails however a week later one hand and half of the other has pealed off, I chose the salon because they were doing a deal for a shellac set for £12 however I wish I had paid a little bit more and just gone to my normal place as they have now ruined my nails and the top layer.

Worst experience ever, I can’t even begin to explain. I received no apology. I wish I could show you guys photos of how the acrylic was installed. Very nice lady, but just save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else to get your nails done.

The lady that does the treatments is very nice and polite, but unfortunately very very very unprofessional, she's non stop checking her phone, answering calls while doing treatments, texting. The door is usually open, people are walking in and out, no privacy at all, shes singing and humming to herself. She really needs to learn customers service skills and be proffestional, bless her, she dosnt have a clue, very nice lady though but very unprofessional, didn't feel comfortable at all. needs to apply customer care and privacy.
