Beauty on the Promenade – Coffs Harbour

I have been coming to Beauty on the Promenade for the last four years for massages, facials, nails & more recently lashes. All the staff are lovely & are great at what they do. They are approachable, welcoming & knowledgeable. A special mention to massage therapist Rachael, definitely the go to if you are wanting firm massages (she is incredible) & also to Kate for doing my nails today. Love it.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted + a lash lift and tint last week by Rachael and i’m honestly so happy with how it all turned out! Rachael was lovely and put effort into making everything look perf, swear my brows have never looked this good! Salon itself was a relaxing environment to be in and all the staff are lovely, would recommend to anyone :)

I had a mostly enjoyable experience, I had a 2.5 hr massage/facial/pedicure. My massage therapist was pretty good however I felt that the facial was a little fast/not as gentle as I'd like for a facial. The facial also wasn't tailored for my skin as far as I could tell, I wasn't asked any questions about my skin, I did complete a simple questionare prior which asked things like is my skin oily, am I allergic etc but my skin wasn't checked and I wasn't really asked what I'd like from the facial like I have for most facials in the past. I was also left with some steam burns to my chest/neck from the hot towel, it was quite hot when it was pressed down on my chest and face. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, lovely little place just a few things I thought could have been a little better.

Fantastic service! I was squeezed in at the last minute, the girls were all lovely and the rooms are beautiful. Just all round A1 experience. I highly recommend this business.

I really dont review but this visit is worth a mention. I thought I was in heaven today, then i woke up after the most amazing full hour massage from Alexa... the service was amazing . The premesis is beautiful, such a fairytale to look at, literally, and massage was one of the best iv honestly had. This place is so worth the try!! I will certainly return
