Had a booking for a pedicure. Was waiting with my feet in water for 35 minutes and they still hadn't even started the actual pedicure. They keep taking customers but leave them waiting far too long. Prior to this occasion, I had gotten acrylics with SNS which they all cracked within a few days. I went back and they re-did them only for them to crack again the next day. They only dip 2 times which is not enough and they rush. Unfortunately have yet to find a good nail salon in the area.

These girls are amazing.. did a great job with my nails. I broke one in the same day, totally my fault. But didn’t charge anything from me, even after I offered. Thanks team.

i got my nails done and it wasn’t what i wanted at all, I asked to go shorter but she told me it wouldn’t be good to go shorter and said it will be more money. the nails are so lumpy and crooked, after just 2 hours of getting them done 3 fell off and they charged me to get it fixed. the design was simple and i paid 60$ while my friend who got the same design paid less. her nails fell off within a week of getting them done. the nails scratch super easily and the person doing it was so rough on my nails and no communication was used at all, she was annoyed at me that i changed my nail design.

DO NOT GO HERE, my daughter got normal nail polish and they charged $35 ! They scam young girls. They ask for payment before your nails are even finished. They can speak English when they push you into the door and ask for payment but speak their own language to each other when customers are getting their nails done making you feel very uncomfortable. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I had been going to Beauty on Earth for years. I was mostly happy with their service but recently they are terrible. They have changed brand of SNS powder to one that is much cheaper and cracks within a week. I went back to get one nail fixed and was told "no". Not please wait, come back in 15 minutes, just "no". Will never go there again.
