Beauty – dubbo

I had a really good experience at this place. I went there 15 minutes before closing time but they still served me and gave me a pedicure. They weren't trying to rush me out the door either.

Very bad experience, long waiting after arrival and didn't even provide full service, seems like that guy over there just wants to have customers but doesn't even want to spend time doing it properly. Went for a relaxing pedicure, was done in 10 minutes!!

We went on sat and had two children and adult booked in for a manicure and pedicure the lady spent 10min on my daughter 50 dollars later . There was no relaxing hand massage and the paint work was good but lasted a day and peeled off. Very poor

My daughter and I had a 12pm appointment, we were left with our feet soaking in the tub for half an hour. Then when they got to us, they were taking turns going back and forward from one customer to another trying to do more than 3 people at the same. My daughter didn't get her acrylics started until an hour later and when they finally did, they were so rough and just didn't have that one on one personal time to care for the one job that we expected to pay for. I had a mani infill shellac with one repair and a pedi, my daughter had acrylics put on and a Pedi and they charged us $110 each!! Never in my life have I paid that much for such poor service. Never go there and waste your money, it's definitely not a pamper, it's a conveyor belt warehouse to rush u through and get u out and take your money.

The worst most unprofessional and nails ever. The nail person skipped processes in the application, could be bothered cleaning off the old and colour and just decided on what shape without asking. Two days later they are coming off and chipping an absolutely terrible rough nasty job by a untrained nail person. I would give the salon no stars if possible and advise customers to save their money and try somewhere else.
