I've been going to Yasmin for years now and the service is exceptional every single time. She's really hard working, professional and with a good attention to detail. Even though I've moved to Telford, I still travel to Birmingham for my treatments with Yasmin as I've not been able to find another specialist like her. Trully passionate and dedicated to her her job, highly recommend.

I had my whole body massage and facial with Yasmin today. She is very professional, friendly and full of positive energy. I really enjoyed the treatments - very happy with my experience. I never felt soooo relax and fresh :) The beauty salon was very clean and comfortable with relaxing music in the background. I would definitely recommend and I will be back soon :)

I have never been somewhere where I have received the worst customer service ever, the manager was extremely disrespectful, derogatory and hurtful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is not worth any price. If I could give 0 stars I would. What’s worse is that the place did not look sanitary either.

I booked in for a facial. Text to book was quick and efficient. Yasmin was so friendly, I not only had a fantastic facial and felt refreshed and my skin so clean and clear after it, I also enjoyed chatting with Yasmin! She is very friendly yet professional. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!
