Beauty Box

Lovely manicure but won’t return as the manager/ owner there was very rude. I had a gift voucher with no expiration date and she refused to let me use it when they had a record of it in there book? Spoke very rudely to me. Would use another beauty box instead, upsetting as service was lovely but ruined at the end by this woman.

The salon on coldharbour road is so lovely. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and it's smells so nice in there. I've had HD eyebrows done by Kate and a full body massage by Cat. Kate is so lovely and eyebrows are always amazing(she does exactly what I ask for) I've had massages at other salons but Cat was by far the best I've had. Made me feel very relaxed and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even put warm flannels on my feet to warm them up. Unfortunately I've had to take a star off. Kate was full for brows so I had a girl called Victoria do them. Very rude, I tried to make a conversation with her one word answers. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn't even ask me how I want them actually didn't speak to me the hole appointment. Cut me with the tweezers on 3 occasion which has never happened before.

Excellent personnel. I had the hot waxing and eyebrows, very quick and professional. Painless and tidy. I'd definitely come back.

Always enjoy a visit here. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Kat has done Caci several times for me - she is professional, kind and friendly - always taking time to do each treatment carefully and expertly. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Lovely friendly staff, went to the Westbury village Frist, and the girl were very friendly and helpful they book me into the cold harbour road branch today for the Frist time , and had my nails done with Becky, and made me well come and very friendly, and iam very pleased with my nails , we go back thanks again

I had my eyebrows threaded by Victoria today - she did an amazing job, didn't take too much off and was lovely. The appointment was on time and the salon felt very COVID safe - would recommend!
