1/ 5

Had an appointment booked for 3:00 to get a full set of SNS, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was told that it would take an hour for my nails to be done …i expected to wait the 10 minutes or so for someone to start my manicure but did not expect to be sitting around for 40 minutes until someone went and got my colours for me, I sat around for another 10 in till someone came and begun the manicure they leaving my manicure and attending to other costumers who came through the door many of them came in after me and left before hand with their service fully completed . i would understand if they were busy and understaffed but they had staff walking around the store doing nothing while i sat there waiting. the total time it took was 2 and half hours when i was told it would only be 1. After reading the reviews i thought this would be a nice place for my sister and i to go while on holiday, but it definitely was a waste of time:

Despite having an appointment booked it still took over an hour and a half to do an acrylic infill!

1/ 5

Despite having an appointment booked it still took over an hour and a half to do an acrylic infill! The infill is substandard. Several other people waiting significant periods of time, and many people who had appointments booked simply leaving to go elsewhere because of the clear wait time. Very poor customer service. I won’t be back.

5/ 5

I’ve been here twice since I’ve arrived here in Darwin. Friendly Staff, clean and nice environment, and very relaxing. I’m not the person to get my feet touched since I’m ticklish but the staff did a great job so I came back and got my toes done again.
