Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Penny, my stylist and owner of the salon I believe, puts the customer at ease. My previous visit had been because my hair had fallen out to such an extent that I was feeling very low about it, Penny reassured me at the time that this was more than likely as a result of my recent I'll health and that she could see regrowth. She was comforting and compassionate and did an absolutely amazing job of bringing my barely there locks (in my opinion) back to life. She literally made huge difference to the way I had been feeling. As a result I visited the salon again on the 12th of October, again Penny did a wonderful job and helped me feel good again 😊 She knows exactly what style will suit the type of hair you have. The team overall are very good. Pay them a visit, I believe you won't be disappointed.

I love the fact they were so efficient so lovely bubbly made me feel so comfortable. It had great ambience. Excellent customer service great over the phone. Fully understood my busy schedule stayed opened till late just for me! The effort they have put in to cut my hair gave it the perfect highlights. I swear to you they deserve all the customers from bradford. Figaro disappointed me by just their telephone call.. the person over the cut me off half way through. Never called back. I am a delivery driver I haven't stopped since the pandemic so I haven't had time to make appointments everywhere I called either fully booked or honestly very rude over the phone. My hair was cut washed dyed bliw dryer styled in such efficient time I was dreading the wait on my hair dye and high lights infact the entire process was done in such short time. I was left extremely impressed! Excellent service!!! Very happy today xx

Absolutely recommend. Excellent service, staff are friendly. Offer you drink even if you go for a quick cut without fail unlike other salons. My 7 year old went for wash cut and blow dry twice and she loves it too. Ashley and Penny nicest women.

Out of every hair salon in Bradford, this is one of the best. The team are caring, compassionate and really fun to talk with, they never disappoint you and always notify you when they aren't available for a booking.
