This is my favourite place in Brighton, we are so lucky to have this little paradise on our beach year around. This is the real deal. They are very knowledgeable about the benefits of the Sauna, their enthusiasm is infectious. Try the salt scrubs, the face masks and the essential oil ice bomb, then jump in the sea, then go back in the sauna and warm up again. You'll come out zinging!

Absolutely amazing sanctuary of wellness and tranquility in a fantastic setting on Brighton beach. I cannot fault anything about Beach Box Spa. From the sauna huts which are kept meticulously clean, the sea views, the cucumber infused water and the opportunity to relax this is one of the best places to go in Brighton to relax and unwind.

Incredible experience. It had been on my wish list to try it for a while and now I can't wait to go back. Everyone working there is so welcoming and lovely. The cleanliness is spot on. The treatment menu is all so tempting (I tried the clay mask). Showers for when you're done are cold which is actually a welcome relief, and then you can just do a quick warm up for a few minutes in your sauna before getting dressed. Can't wait to get back to Brighton for another session 🔥❄️
