There are some lovely girls who work here and I've never had a terrible experience but I would say they they don't practice ways that resolve and strengthen. It's a mask/quick fix using methods you wouldn't have dreamed of paying for years ago because they make the situation worse I. E. Electric nail buffers and cuticle removers, threading ABOVE the eye etc. All the things that don't encourage good condition and low maintenance. That's the whole point of a beauty therapist to me. Sorry Gals.

Went for basic pedicure with shellac today. Lady was lovely, but when I checked my pedi at home I was in shock to be honest. Paid £37 for this? extra £5 for shimmer powder, which is still all over my nails, shellac on cuticles! top coat on the skin and really thick layer on cuticles and basically all over my toes! Not happy with this service and wouldn't visit the saloon again.

Would not recommend facials here if you Have sensitive skin. I came in initially for the morrocon facial, she suggested a different facial for sensitive skin so I went for that. Paid £40!! I have come out with an awful rash allnover my face including my eye lids, it is extremely sore. The sponges she used were so scratchy and it feels like she's scraped a layer of my skin. I think as well facial is a lot nicer when the whole body is rapped and not just a towel personally. Apart from the therapist was friendly and polite.
